This Bi-Metal Cap Badge is worn by the members of the Cadet Force. Note that the badges are serial numbered, this one being CDT001.
For a short period, basic recruits wore the standard Royal Engineers cap badge until they passed out.
The whole of the Royal Jersey Militia Army Cadet Force has now been authorised to wear the badge of the Jersey Field Squadron, Royal Engineers Militia.
Badges issued to the ACF are marked with the Detachment name and serial numbered.
