This is a painting of the Prisoner of War camp that was sited on Blanche Banques on the Five Mile Road in St Brelade between 1916 and 1918. It is painted on an old Jersey baking tin and the plaque at the base reads
'GERMAN PRISONER OF WAR CAMP JERSEY. 1914 15 16 17'
