This model vehicle is a fictitious police car. It is the 1947 Triumph 1800 Roadster J1610 as used by Sergeant Jim Bergerac in the BBC TV series of the same name. The model was made by Lansdowne Models of the UK.
One of the original cars from the series is on display at Jersey Goldsmiths, The Lion Park, St Lawrence, Jersey. This car is undergoing a running restoration, and should be back on the road towards the end of 2008.
