ST HELIER CENTENIER BATON DE JUSTICE
This silver and ivory 'Baton de Justice' was presented to Centenier J.K. Haire upon his election to office. The
inscription reads as follows:
'Presented to Centenier J.K. Haire by the Electors of St Helier, as a token of
public confidence and esteem after 5 years service as Officier de Connetable, Jersey,
1st June 1871'.
